From Tammy Ferguson, founder of Warmth and Comfort for the Elderly in Upstate, SC:

What a tremendous blessing today to receive donations totaling $1,000.00 from the Ridge Runners Corvette Club members!! ($500 from Ridge Runners Corvettes and $500 from individual member donations.) We, at Warmth and Comfort, thank you all so very much!! This money will be used for new blankets and toiletries for our elderly!

Tammy said she used our donation to purchase 200 blankets from an online linens wholesaler. She also purchased a box of small toiletries.

Warmth and Comfort for the Elderly in Upstate, SC is now working with Meals On Wheels to reach homebound seniors that need services.

Buddy Cox, founder of Country Santa, received donations totaling $1,000.00 from the Ridge Runners Corvette Club and their members!! ($500 from Ridge Runners Corvettes and $500 from individual member donations.) This money will be used to purchase needed items for hundreds of under-privileged children and delivered Christmas Eve!

Country Santa has “elves” that use monetary donations to make bulk purchases from businesses that work with them on pricing.
